As an EU consumer, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Digital Product Notice
PawDesk is delivered as a downloadable digital product (source code, license, and installation guide) immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you acknowledge that you are receiving digital content, which may affect your withdrawal rights once the product has been downloaded, in accordance with applicable EU digital content regulations.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Support Periods Are Not Separately Refundable
Bug-fix support periods (3, 6, or 12 months depending on your plan) are part of the product itself and are not separately refundable once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed.
